Entire grille is unfinished Ponderosa Pine so that you can finish the grille to match your existing decor. 

The system includes the following components:

• 1 - Solid pine 1 spoke grille hub slotted to accept the grille bars
• 1 - Pine Bars 48" long predrilled to accept compression spring
• 1 - Compression spring

Hub size: 3-1/8" x 3-1/8" x 31/32"

Bar size: 5/8" x 9/16" x 48"

All grille bars are furnished 48" long and have a compression spring inserted in the ond of the bar that fits into the grille hub. The spring will compress 1/2" allowing for 3/8" tolerance in fitting the grilles into your window. Cut the square end of the bar 3/8" longer than needed. Push the spring end of the bar into the hub and the spring will compress leaving enough tension to secure the grille to the window unit.
