Just wanted to drop you a line to say "Thank You" for your kindness and expertise when I placed my order with you last week. I was very impressed with your product knowledge to say the least. I'm kind of shy when it comes to picking places off the internet to buy products, because you never know what you'll wind up with. But dealing with your professionalism, I felt quite comfortable.
