Custom vinyl grilles available from Fixhome are ideal

for the narrow clearance Double Hung window

that has little room to fit a grille

or where many more openings (lightes) are needed.  

These grilles are custom produced as a single grille

that has been cut from a sheet of vinyl using a high speed CNC router.

There are several edge cut profiles available

as you can see in the photos.

Standard straight bar or curved bar grille patterns are priced by the "Light".

Specialty patterns must be quoted as pricing is determined by the size of the grille and how intricate the pattern is. 

 Several contours can be achieved by using different profile router bits as shown in the images to the left.

The grilles can be fastened directly to the glass by using either Velcro Dots provided by us or double face tape provided by you. 

Custom vinyl grilles can be any width and configuration. Specialty patterns can be created from your imagination.
